SAGE led the restoration of a historic ranch and health retreat purchased by Pima County Natural Resources Parks & Recreation and restored in phases. The Phase I master plan included preservation of the historic setting and design of an entry road, parking lots, trails, an interpretive program, interpretive signs, habitat reclamation, wetland reclamation, a maintenance facility and entry monumentation. Also included were archaeological and natural resource preservation and interpretation, wetlands restoration, trails, recreation, sensitive resource protection and facility and infrastructure development. SAGE assisted the county with the artist selection and coordination.
