19th Avenue Pedestrian Bridge

Phoenix, Arizona

This Federal Aid funded project is lead by the City of Phoenix and coordinated through Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for approvals and clearances. The new Pedestrian Bridge will connect segments of the Sun Circle Trail across 19th Avenue. Brad will lead the environmental services, including a Categorical Exclusion document in conformance with City of Phoenix and ADOT requirements, including public scoping, biological report, hazardous materials testing, cultural resources report and State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) coordination.
