Rose Garden Lane

SAGE is the Landscape Architect and environmental lead on the Rose Garden Lane project. The Rose Garden Lane project provides 100-year storm protection to neighborhoods south of Rose Garden Lane, from the Agua Fria River to 95th Avenue. The project is a partnership between the City of Peoria and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County and includes storm drains, open channels, public involvement, right-of-way identification, utility relocation and landscape.

The project also includes a pre-design phase for the storm drain and/or open channel on Rose Garden Lane and 107th Avenue. Other considerations include coordination with the proposed Lake Pleasant Parkway project, environmental and archaeological impacts, Arizona State Land Department issues and impacts to existing neighborhoods and landscape areas.
