Casa Grande Historic City Hall Redevelopment

The City of Casa Grande has identified Landscape Architecture as a keystone to the success of their urban development. They contracted SAGE to assist with the redevelopment and restoration of a historic one-block site.

We approach historic restoration with a focus on innovation, historic integrity and the clients' needs. Our historic resources services include research, analysis, integration and implementation of ethnological and physical historic preservation planning.

The old Casa Grande high school was renovated to serve as the City Hall. SAGE designed the public plaza space that surrounds the building using our multi-disciplinary skills to coordinate with the team planners and artists from concept through installation.
