Ted Walker Neighborhood Park

SAGE Landscape Architecture & Environmental, Inc. designed this Neighborhood Park to meet a specific owner schedule and budget. By understanding the owner's administrative and management parameters and some specific bidding and construction systems, SAGE was able to tailor the construction documents to streamline processes and improve constructability. This was accomplished by setting a tight design schedule, keeping open and frequent communication with the project Engineer and the Parks, and facilitating formal reviews by holding informal face-to-face reviews at key junctures. SAGE was available and responsive to any of Pima County Natural Resources, Parks Recreation's needs and requests. Additionally, we injected the design process with time and resource saving ideas that brought value to the project and resulted in the best investment of public funds.
