NEW STRATEGY FOR SURVIVING DURING TOUGH ECONOMIC TIMES
Local company promotes key personnel to ownership positions

SAGE Landscape Architecture & Environmental, Inc., recently promoted five key employees to membership in its newly formed “Partners Group.” They include Landscape Architects Sandy Tolley and Brian Sager, Project Manager Rebeca Field, Administrative Director Anne Hammett, and Director of Project Management Mary Schwindt. Group members, along with SAGE President Joy Lyndes, will be responsible for the future strategic development of SAGE throughout Arizona and the Southwest.

One of the ideas behind the formation of this new group is to have a team of employees who are firmly committed to the company’s success. Each group member brings unique experiences, talents, and responsibilities that contribute to the overall well-being of the company. President Joy Lyndes feels the new company structure of SAGE will help strengthen the company by including key personnel in decisions that impact the focus and direction of the company. Ms. Lyndes believes that “SAGE will survive and emerge from the current difficult business environment stronger than ever. We all feel that we can work better as a group to meet the challenges of these times. It’s that old adage that ‘the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.’ When the economy turns around, and we are confident that it will, we will be strategically positioned to resume the growth of our company.”
